Thursday, September 10^th – NHS applications will be handed out to students with a 3.0 GPA

Monday, September 14^th – Delayed start, school will start at 10:10.   You are to go to your 3^rd hour class

Friday, September 18^th – Fall student pictures will be taken in the gym  lobby starting with freshmen.  Pay envelopes will be available in the office.  Please make sure to have the exact amount of money or a check may out to Judy Gilde

Thursday, September 24^th – NHS rating app’s are due to the high school office from the teachers by 3:00 p.m.

Monday, September 28^th – NHS selection meeting in conference room starting 2^nd hour

Tuesday, September 29^th – Sophomores – Jostens will be here at 10:00 a.m. in the library to pass out class ring information

Wednesday, September 30^th – Pupil count day.  It is very important that attendance is taken by the teachers today and for the next 10 days.  Students – It is very important that you are here this day

Wednesday, October 7^th – NHS Induction ceremony in the Multi Use room at 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 7^th – Sophomore class ring order is due, Jostens will be in the lobby during lunch hour

Thursday, October 8^th – No School Parent/Teacher Conferences 1:00-8:00.  Progress Report will be handed out to parents at conferences.  High School teachers will be in the multi use room

Friday, October 9^th – Jostens will meet with Seniors at 10:00 in the lobby to pass out graduation info

Monday, October 12^th – Delayed start, school will start at 10:10 a.m.  Students report to your 3^rd hour class

Friday, October 16^th – Jostens will be in the lobby during lunch hour for Seniors to order graduation supplies

Wednesday, October 21^st – High School retake pictures in the gym lobby.  Make sure to bring your old packet of pictures with you or if ordering exact amount, check made out to Judy Gilde

Thursday, November 5^th – Senior Quickshot pictures with Judy Gilde in the gym lobby.  This is for any senior that either did not get their picture taken with Judy or does not want to submit a senior picture for the composite.  There is no cost to have picture taken, any questions, please see Mrs. Boonstra.

Friday, November 6^th – End of first marking period

Friday, November 20^th – 22^nd – NHS trip

Monday, December 7^th – MS/HS band concert

Monday, December 14^th – Delayed start, school will start at 10:10 a.m. Students report to their 3^rd hour class

Thursday, December 17^th – HS Christmas concert

December 23^rd – January 3^rd – Christmas Break

Monday, January 11^th – Delayed start, school will start at 10:10.  Students report to their 3^rd hour class

Friday, January 22^nd – End of 1^st semester

Friday, January 29^th – Homecoming game

Saturday, January 30^th – Homecoming Dance

Monday, February 8^th – Delayed start, school will start at 10:10 a.m. Students report to their 3^rd hour class

Wednesday, February 10^th – 2^nd pupil count day.  Teachers it is very important that attendance is done this day and students it is very important that you are in attendance this day

Friday, February 12^th – No school – Professional Development Day

Monday, February 15^th – No school – President’s Day

Thursday, February 25^th – No school Parent/Teacher conferences 1:00 – 8:00 in the multi use room

Monday, March 8^th – Delayed start, school will start at 10:10.  Student report to your 3^rd hour class

Tuesday & Wednesday, March 9^th & 10^th  – MME testing

Friday, March 19^th – MS musical – Into the Woods

Saturday, March 20^th – MS musical – Into the Woods

Tuesday & Wednesday, March 23^rd & 24^th – MME testing make-up date

Friday, March 26^th – End of 3^rd marking period

Monday, March 29^th – Friday, April 2^nd – Spring Break

Sunday, April 11^th – Seniors leave for senior trip be back Friday, April 16^th

Monday, April 12^th – Delayed start, school starts at 10:10.  Students report to your 3^rd hour class

Thursday, April 15^th – Juniors will vote for Prom King & Queen 2^nd hour for king and queen

Saturday, April 17^th – Junior/Senior Prom

Thursday, May 6th - Highliter Snack Show

Friday & Saturday, May 7th & 8th - Highliter Dinner Show

Monday, May 10^th – Delayed start, school starts at 10:10 a.m. Students report to your 3^rd hour class

Monday, May 10^th – Spring Band Concert

Tuesday, May 11^th – Intent to participate papers must be turned in to the high school office if you are a Junior or Senior and plan on participating in graduation

Wednesday, May 19^th – Senior marching practice 8:20 – 9:08 for all participants.  Attendance is Mandatory

Thursday, May 20^th – Senior marching practice 9:11 – 10:20 for all participants.  Judy Gilde will be here at 10:45 for walking across the stage pictures.  Attendance is mandatory

Friday, May 21^st – All senior exams will be given this day in order for all final grades to be completed by Wednesday, May 26^th. 

Friday, May 21^st – Last day for seniors

Sunday, May 23^rd – Baccalaureate at 3:00 p.m. in high school gym

Wednesday, May 26^th – Junior marching practice for commencement 8:20 – 9:08.  Attendance is mandatory if you turned in a intent to participate form to the office

Wednesday, May 26^th – All senior grades are to be in the computer by noon

Thursday, May 27^th – Honors Convocation at 7:00 p.m. in the multi-use room

Friday, May 28^th – Commencement in the high school gym at 7:00 p.m.

Monday, May 31^st – No school – Memorial Day

Thursday, June 3^rd – MS/HS Pops concert

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – End of year exams
